Postage

We have tried to make our postage as cost effective as possible and absorb some of the shipping costs ourselves leaving you more cash for the all important miniature goodies!

Our postage is weight based meaning you only pay for what it costs. You can keep a track of the weight through your cart

Our system will automatically add 100 grams to the parcel weight to take into account the box and packaging. In the evenot of the shipping cost being incorrect we will refund any difference if due.

 

 

We offer various postal options including Recorded delivery, Next Day Delivery, Airsure and International Signed so you can choose the option to suit your needs.

If there are no postal options showing for your country at checkout please contact us.

Hazardous products

Certain products are deemed as hazardous (such as Aerosols) and Royal Mail will not carry these. Such items we cannot ship outside mainland U.K. but we can send via courier within the U.K. Any such product will clearly state in the description if it is subject to these restrictions.

 

How fast are orders despatched?

We strive to despatch orders within 3 working days though we usually depatch them next day. 

Delivery times vary from country to country. Uk orders usually arrive within a couple of days, Europe is around a week and Rest of The World is upto 2 weeks. However we can never guarantee against delays once we have despatched your order.

 

How do I know you have my items in store?

Unlike many online retailers we only sell what we physically have in stock so if its saying theres one available theres one available! If an item is out of stock it will say so. We will display an estimated restock timescale for items out of stock.

 

Delivery Terms and Conditions

We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. Your address must be correct or else we will bear no resonsibility for any loss for an incomplete address.
 
If a delivery attempt is made by our delivery agents and a cost is incurred to us by a customers failure to arrange redelivery or collection of a package, then you accept that we may pass the delivery charge. Also if asked to cancel/refund the order the costs incurred for the original delivery and return will not be refunded (following a failed delivery).
 
If a order has been shipped and not received, you must inform us within a reasonable period. This period is deemed to be 30 days for Airmail and UK Postal services, 60 days for Surface Mail.
 
Delivery is at the customers risk so we would always encourage the use of the optional insured postal options for large or valuable orders
 
Customs
You are responsible for any customs and excise taxes or duties relevant in your country. We will not falsify customs declarations (it's illegal and we're too pretty for jail!)
